Draftsman/autocad Designer - Interior Fitout

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- An experienced individual able to provide layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD & Solid Works in accordance with the timeline, quality assurance standards and match designers / clients project specifications and expectations.
- The CAD designer will be responsible for managing the design functions (Site Inspection / Site Measurements, Drawings) on Fit out projects as assigned including liaising with the clients and other departments

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare Architectural / Joinery and interior designing for 2D Plans and 3D and detailed shop drawing for mainly joinery & architect interior fit out projects.
- Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge,





given information and/or sketch drawings
- Preparing Tender, construction, As-built & shop drawings for Architectural and Interior design drawings and documents.
- Site Coordination with Project & Site Engineers.
- Producing fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings
- Prepare transmittal and drawing submission
- Study tender drawings, related documents and requirements to prepares proposals & issue RFI’s
- Prepares necessary drawings for Authorities and Client approval.
- Prepare working drawings for construction including materials, finishes, joinery and loose furniture.
- Prepares project drawings as per Program on time, weekly progress to be submitted to Client/Consultant in coordination with Designers & Project Engineers in such projects.
- Collaborate interior design drawings with other technical consultants’ drawings (MEP. IT, Structural).
- Site survey, site measurements, inspections,





a close cooperation with the site team and the sub-contractors and elaborate follow-up with the project manager and the client to meet the Design.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- BS / Diploma in Design/Architecture
- The CAD designer will be responsible for managing the design functions on Fit out projects as assigned including liaising with the clients and other departments.
- Knowledge in Interior Designing/Joinery/ Fit Out Industry.
- Self-reliance & ability in AutoCAD, Microsoft office.
- Design knowledge for Safety & Aesthetics, follow UAE Authority Guidelines
- General Knowledge of the Architect, interior fit out/joinery industry.






- Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials.

**Salary**: From AED5,000.00 per month
