Ontime Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales/Business Development Specialist for our Digital Marketing Services division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and securing new business opportunities in the fast-paced digital marketing landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients for digital marketing services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and approaches
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote services and expand connections
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales or Business Development Specialist, preferably in digital marketing services
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and client needs effectively
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
