We are a UAE born paper cup manufacturing company that focuses on the packaging needs of Premium Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Hotel (in house), Bakeries, Supermarket Chains and much more.

Understanding the importance of marketing YOUR brand, Al Bahri provides high quality products that you can customize with your own name and artwork designs at the lowest minimum order quantity offered in the country.

**Requirements**:

- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information






- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

**Skills**

Must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point.

Fully conversant with secretarial skills and office routine.

Must have good problem-solving abilities.

Must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information/records.

Must have the ability to proofread the grammar, spelling and punctuation.

Proficiency in English

Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving







**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 31/08/2024
