**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate familiarity with government forms and necessary documents.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress in our case management system.
- Liaise with applicants, legal representatives, and government agencies as needed.
- Issue visas, permits,
and related documentation as required.
- Ensure timely completion of all immigration processing tasks.
- Offer assistance and guidance to applicants regarding immigration procedures.
- Coordinate with attorneys and other team members to resolve complex immigration issues and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration regulations and inform management.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration processing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Familiarity with Canadian, Australia, New Zealand ,UK and Schengen immigration regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management software preferred
