We're looking for a well experience **FIT OUT Site Supervisor**/**Foreman **with **strong experience in the Interior Fit Out work.**
**Duties**:
- Supervise construction activities and instructing to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. (Factory and site)
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Must have a working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural and Interior.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material inventory.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge in solid in Interior Designing/Joinery/ Fit Out Industry
- Bachelor's degree ''Civil Eng." or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations including
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Knowledge in solid in Interior Designing/Joinery/ Fit Out Industry
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- With UAE valid Driving License
- **Can Join immediately**
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Fitout Site Supervisor: 5 years (required)
- Fitout Industry: 5 years (required)
License/Certification:
- UAE driving license (required)
