Halo Interiors LLC is a bespoke Joinery and Fitout specializing in creating exceptional spaces for commercial, residential, and hospitality clients. We are looking to expand our operations and are seeking an experienced and motivated Managing Director to join our dynamic team. Requirements:

- Must have managed a similar role for a minimum of 3 years in a large Turnkey Interior Fitout and Joinery in the UAE.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years UAE experience in the Luxury Interior and Fitout space.
- Must have proven experience in leading a Fitout company that has completed several high end in Commercial and Residential luxury projects.






- Must have excellent industry connections and relationships with Suppliers and Subcontractors for Fitout and Joinery.
- Must have an Engineering Degree with indepth knowledge of end to end project execution.
- Must have proven knowledge of end to end execution of luxury residential villas and high-end commercial offices.
- Must know of all approval processes required for different Government, Development and Communities in the UAE.
- Must have a very sound knowledge of industry pricing for Fitout and Joinery to lead the Commerical team in making sound decisions and selection of suitable subcontractors.
- Must be tech-savvy with a clear interest in using technology to automate processes.
- Ideal candidate must have over a decades experience in handling multiple roles in a Fitout and Joinery environment understanding Production value and ability to make sound commercial decisions in maximizing productivity with existing resources.
- Must have sound knowledge of technical drawings
- Must have sound knowledge and ability to quickly recruit high quality subcontractors for projects wherever applicable.






- Must have a UAE Driving License.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Previous company turnover should have been over AED 30 million.
- Must be able to lead the Design Team, Joinery team and Fitout team to ensure that all departments are working closely and effectively.
- Must be able to maximise resource output across the company.
- Must be confident to lead the company and maintain client relationships with the ability to execute and deliver as per project commitments and deadlines. Must have a proven track record in being output and quality focussed.
- Must be familiar with every stage of the Design, Technical Drawings, Joinery and Fitout requirements to successfully execute the project from start to finish.






- Must be familiar with handling all the Commercials of a Fitout and Joinery operation.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
