**Core Responsibilities**

To accomplish or surpass predetermined goals, the assistant sales manager is ultimately responsible for planning and carrying out assistance in the sales operations of the Sales Manager and his Team. Keep up on competitor activity and market intelligence, and proactively suggest the best course of action.
- **Create a sales strategy to meet the organization's revenue targets**
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas






- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team
- Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions
- Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products
- Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency
- Great track record experience in sales and customer service

**Qualifications**
- **UAE Driver’s License is Mandatory**:

- **Minimum1 year of Real Estate Sales experience in Dubai**:

- Ability to support a team of Ambitious Real Estate Brokers and The Sales Manager
- Self-Motivated,Entrepreneurial, & a Team Player
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Ability to Manage & Execute Tasks Assigned






- Valid driver's license mandatory
