About the job
- Order follow-up, communicate and coordinate with execution team for smooth completion of job.
**Meet client with team engineer, discuses with estimation department, and send quotations.Looking for TURNKEY INTERIOR FIT OUT WORKS, AMC for MEP,A/C**
- **Meeting monthly and yearly assigned targets.**:
- Identifying and winning major fit-out projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.
- Preparing marketing material to promote and support the company’s sales, brand name and capabilities.
- Coordinate with the design and execution team throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.
- Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior management.
- Follow up payments with customers on a regular basis as per completion and payment schedule.
- Submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports to reporting manager.
**Salary**: From AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- sales: 5 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving License (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (required)
