Responsibilities:
- The Web Developer/Manager will possess a strong understanding of the role of the website and Web/SEO strategies in the overall marketing mix.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the existing website architecture.
- SEO is critical - manage and maintain existing search engine positioning, advance new SEO goals, and define website content development with proper SEO methodologies.
- Modify and enhance existing PHP-coded pages and content.
- Participate in other Marketing activities and company-related events (shows, training, etc.)
- Work closely with executive team, sales, development, support and training departments.
- Gain and maintain familiarity with products, and those of competitors.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Web Design or Web-related fields, or equivalent work experience.
- 0-2 years of Website Development/Management and SEO experience.
- Proficiency with HTML 5, PHP 7, SQL, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Experience working with MVC frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel.
- Experience with Responsive Website Design and Concrete 5 (or similar) Content Management System.
- Experience with the Git version control system.
- Proven experience with SEO and search engine marketing initiatives.
- Experience with pay-per-click advertising, Web analytics and other Web reporting products.
- Experience with Docker or Vagrant a plus.
- Experience with CI systems like Jenkins a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- E-commerce experience is a plus.
- Organized, with excellent project management skills and thorough follow-through.
- Creativity, graphic design experience and professional writing skills are a plus.
- Highly motivated,
flexible, adaptable nature with a good sense of humor.
Industry Background Is A Plus:
- Understanding of software for the educational market.
- Basic knowledge of schools and the roles of educators and administrators.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
