**Position :Executive Secretary to Head of sales**

**Location: Dubai**

**Client :Leading property developer**
- Manage the complex calendar / Schedule and arrange meetings, including local and overseas travel bookings /hotel accommodation, medical appointment ,etc
- Filing and documentation.
- Monitor tasks delegated by the Head of sales and ensure that the completed work is achieved.
- Monitor documents and ensure, timely renewals of medical insurance, vehicles renewals and other designated tasks.
- Payments of utility bills
- Prepare power point presentation / minutes of meetings / memos, etc
Resourceful enough to manage booking of dinner and other events.
- Monitor mails and handle couriers






- Document & file Management with high confidentiality.
- All Front desk & other delegated duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
