**Internal Auditor - Key Accountabilities**

Planning financial audits of businesses from start to finish.

Collecting, preparing, and organizing physical and digital documentation for auditing processes.

Identifying key areas and issues for further investigation and analysis.

Assessing core business competencies and valuations.

Evaluating figures, accounts, and statements with other accounting personnel, Senior Accountants, and Senior Management

Verifying documents, figures, and account details for auditing.

Compiling and presenting findings in written and verbal forms to the management.

Recommending and advising on subsequent actions and processes to be undertaken by the business







Examine the company's sales and purchase practices and assess the sales reports and Data.

Conduct a periodic audit of the Inventory and analyze the discrepancies.

Analyze the credit control policies and procedures of the company and make recommendations for improvements/optimization.

Auditing the efficiency of business sales and purchases processes

Confirm that the internal policies and external regulations are followed.

Ensure that the progress towards goals and objectives is satisfactory.

Identify whether remaining uncontrolled risk exposure is present.

Identify areas for improved efficiency and highlight the use for policy changes.

Conduct random cash count of all cashiers and other employees with cash accountabilities.

Verify payment vouchers to ensure that all employees are by company policies. Check the accuracy and veracity of supporting documents.

Review security arrangements in all offices for the transfer of funds, cash, and other assets of the company.

**Qualifications and Requirements**







Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of the Automotive Sector and the related statutory and regulatory norms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail

Proven knowledge of internal controls, auditing standards, procedures, rules, and regulations.

Mature, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on with good initiative

Good critical-thinking skills to gather all the available data and make informed decisions.

Ability to deliver within a limited time frame and works well with internal and external teams.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools.

A thorough understanding of key areas such as risk, compliance, and financial legislation.

Proficient knowledge of Accounting Standards and IFRS.







A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or accounting sciences. Preferably CA.

3+ years of internal audit or other relevant experience

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
