**Designation: Junior Cost Estimator - Female**
Our growing company is seeking to hire a Cost Estimator who will be in charge of providing detailed and budget estimate preparation for Interior Fit-out, Exhibition Stands and Joinery works to submit to clients and contractors.
**Education**:Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Architecture, and or Estimation
**Experience: 3**-5 years
**Level of Position**:Mid management
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepares cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Estimation of large prestigious high-end interior fit-out projects
- Identifies labor, material,
and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Presents a prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
**Specific Knowledge**:
- 3 years minimum experience
- Should have a minimum 3 years fit-out/Joinery experience, preferably with Architectural Degree or BSc in Interior Design or equivalent, and proficient in the English language.
- Experience in material management
- Experience in managing and sourcing interior fit-out suppliers
- Good Knowledge of the Fit-out Suppliers & Sub Contractors in local market & overseas
- Multi-task and ability to work with more than one project
- Effective communication skills and technically sound
- Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data

**Salary**: From AED6,000.00 per month
