As a member of our talented F&B; team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing guest satisfaction by providing courteous, professional, and efficient service across our various outlets, including Restaurants, Coffee shops and Banquet Halls.

**Role**:
A waiter's role is to make sure that customers have a great time at a restaurant or café. They welcome guests, show them to their tables, and give them menus. Waiters take customers' food and drink orders, make sure they get what they asked for, and refill their drinks when needed. They also clear away empty plates and glasses and make sure the tables are clean and ready for the next guests. If customers have any special requests or questions,





the waiter helps them with a friendly attitude. Overall, waiters work hard to ensure that everyone enjoys their meal and has a pleasant dining experience.

**Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements**:
High School diploma or equivalent.

HACCP certification.

1-2 years of experience in a similar position.

Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) terminals

Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Hardworking and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
