Greet and assist all the patients in very friendly and professional manner.
Receive patients from the Reception Staff with all details and handover to Cross sales/Nurses/Doctors as per appointments.
To revise and confirm the appointments as per each room.
Ensure that the waiting area is handled in the proper manner and to avoid overcrowding.
To make sure the patient returns back to the reception area to book next appointment.
Ensure that the patient come back to the reception area and provide google review.
To collate all the information related to complaint, try to quick kill or escalate to the floor/clinic supervisor.
Ensure all DHA/DOH regulations and guidelines are followed in the waiting area.






To make sure the patient is sent to social media team for photos/video.
Responsible to ensure that the personal belongs are kept in the closet pantry area.
Before starting the shift, the concern needs to make sure that all the doctors, Nurses and sales arrived for the shared shift schedule, if not need to inform clinic supervisor/ Clinic Manager for further action.
To greet and welcome the patient on their arrival with a smile.
Checking the comments and the payment is mandatory before the handover, to the coordinator/Cross sales team or doctor in case there is no cross sales team yet.
Responsible to handover the patients to doctor’s nurses if no patient’s coordinator or cross sales are available
Patient’s reason of visit and payment status need to be shared to patient coordinator/Cross sales team or doctor/Nurses.
Dental’s patient needs to be arrived under the correct doctor’s name and details need to be shared in the dental consultations WhatsApp group.





Also billing needs to be done under the correct doctor and correct department.
Derma’s patient needs to be arrived under the correct doctor, billed under the correct doctor.
Laser patient needs to be arrived as under dermatologist and LT name also and billed under the correct LT name.
Plastic surgery patient to be assessed by sales representative/ clinic manager but the consultation to be done only by the doctor. No patient to leave not invoiced without visiting the clinic manager.
No patient to leave non invoiced before seeing Clinic Supervisor or Clinic Manager.
No patient to be billed without doctor’s consultation.
New Patients to the clinic, Existing Patient with new service, multi-appointment and all to be directed to Clinic Supervisor or Clinic Manager.






Payment to be collected by reception staff and it’s their 100% responsibility.
To ensure that all the open bills are closed before leaving for the day.
To ensure, day book collection is matching with total credit card batch and cash before leaving for the day.
Ensure all corrections required is done before leaving for the day
Making sure 5 Google reviews and 5 Instagram comments is done before leaving for the day.
Any patient is leaving, needs to be asked about his experience.
If any of the above is not done staff to extend their working hours and to clear it all.
No patient is allowed to walk lost in the clinic without proper assistance according to the system as we are implementing, the patient journey is the responsibility off all.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Patient Coordinator: 4 years (preferred)
