We are looking for an experienced and passionate F&B; Supervisor to join our team. As an F&B; Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our dining experiences meet the highest standards of luxury and excellence. A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring top-tier service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B; team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
- Manage inventory, orders, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a pristine environment.
- Contribute to the development of promotional strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Gain understanding of the departmental goals and financial targets and support your Line Manager to achieve these targets.
- Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and maintains a record of progress for each staff member.
- Ensure new staff complete their Orientation program on a timely basis.
- Assist with the preparation of efficient departmental work schedules.
- Coach and counsel staff in breach of hotel policies and departmental procedures, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- In the absence of your manager, conduct effective staff briefings to communicate guest requirements and shift priorities
- Being attentive to guests and anticipate guest’s needs.
- Accurately and promptly fulfilling guests' requests.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the guest experience.
- Demonstrating a ‘service’ attitude.
- Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
What We need from you:
- Proven experience as an F&B; Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service and creating unforgettable dining experiences.
- Knowledge of industry trends, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency with POS systems and related software.
