We " **Magaselona laundry** " Locating in Al Ain city looking to hire an **Accountant **who already resides in **Al Ain city **and looking for long term stable job.

The Accountant Must be excellent in English writing and speaking and excellent in computer skills especially Microsoft office and excel and have background using accounting software. Also preferred to have:

- Accounting experience: 3+ years
- Office Administration Background for 2+years

Main duties as follow:

- Experience on ERP Software
- Follow-up receipt, delivery and confirming of orders
- Posting and processing all business transactions/vouchers.
- Reconciling bank statements and the general ledger and all sorts of reconciliation in accounts.






- Reviewing and reporting expenses.
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports and supporting the month-end closing process.
- Managing end-to-end bookkeeping functions of complete Trial Balance on monthly basis.
- Processing balance sheets and other financial statements.
- Accounts finalization and assistance to audit and provide all documents and schedules to the external accountants.
- Managing accounts payable accounts receivable.
- VAT filing/processing and managing all VAT declarations and claims back.
- Supporting team for office administrative tasks, Document control and clerical duties.
- Accounting for petty cash and maintaining all the supporting documentation.
- Reviewing of all debtors/creditors accounts.
- Checking and accounting of utility bills.
- Checking and preparing monthly Payroll, all employees’ related payments including leave, salary advances, and final settlement.
- Inventory control and logistics.
- Basic Human Resources tasks.

**-Salary Package including all the following**:






**Medical health insurance, UAE residency visa, MOHRE labor contract, Abu Dhabi labor card, work permit, annual leave.**

**Salary: 2000-2200 DHS**

**Housing allowance or from company side accommodation**

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- Administration: 1 year (required)
