Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for expanding the portfolio and inventory of holiday homes in Dubai.

Building relationships with key stakeholders such as property owners, developers, real estate agents, and other relevant parties.

Negotiating contracts and agreements with property owners and other stakeholders to secure new properties for the company's portfolio.

Developing and implementing strategies to promote and market the company's holiday homes to potential customers, including online and offline marketing campaigns.







Ensuring that the company's holiday homes meet the required standards and regulations, overseeing any necessary renovations or improvements.

Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, ensures that business development initiatives align with company goals and objectives.

Overall, the main goal of a Business Development professional for holiday homes in Dubai is to drive growth for the company by expanding its portfolio and inventory of holiday homes.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
