Job Description: Social Media and Graphic Designer for Real Estate
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media and Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the creation of visually appealing and engaging content for our brand's social media platforms, advertisements, and other promotional materials. Your creative expertise and attention to detail will be key in implementing our brand kit across various digital channels.
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the brand's vision and create visual content that aligns with our brand identity and guidelines.
Design and develop engaging social media creatives,
including but not limited to static images, animated graphics, and videos, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Assist in creating eye-catching ad creatives for online advertising campaigns, ensuring they effectively communicate the brand's key messages and target the intended audience.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually compelling designs for both digital and print media.
Maintain and update our brand kit, ensuring consistency in visual elements such as typography, color palettes, and graphic styles across all platforms and materials.
Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for new initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.
Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and techniques, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to enhance the brand's visual presence.
**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, Real Estate industry.
Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and comfortable working on both Mac and PC platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design abilities, including social media graphics, advertisements, and branding projects.
Excellent understanding of visual design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate design concepts and ideas.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements for optimized content.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
