**Procurement Coordinator**
- ensure proper and effective communication channels are in place. can accurately stock goods and other equipment for the operations.
- to assist the Purchasing Department in its efforts to manage the purchase of all the goods and equipment that the hotel requires and follow the task to the highest standards, Champion for Food & Beverages, Catering Equipment OS&E; and FF&E.;
- Assist the Procurement Manager in obtaining the right goods and materials at the right price, at the required quality, and in the right volume to ensure a cost-effective approach.
- Work with internal and external customers to ensure smooth lines of communication so that all requirements are met effectively.






- Prepare orders in line with business requirements.
- Work closely with the Heads of Department to ensure effective stock control.
- A passion for organization and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A passion for building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft programs (Advance in Excel), SAP, Prolific, ERP.
- Hospitality & Catering background only - minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience on the same field.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
