**SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER**

**REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS**

The **Supply Chain** **Manager** is accountable for the below main major points additional to the fulfillment of the above duties and responsibilities:

- MUST have consumer goods planning experience
- MUST have at least 5 years’ experience in a demand planning role within consumer goods
- Ability to command credibility and influence across the organization
- Financial analysis & modeling skills
- Relevant work experience in Finance, Control and Supply Chain preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Resolving inventory in-stock issues such as the depth,





timing, and efficient flow of inventory that support financial objectives
- Managing the purchasing process, creating/managing inventory budgets, ensuring that inventory levels meet demand, and gathering data to prepare trends and forecasting reports for colleagues, management, and customers.
- Plan both short
- and long-term to align supply and demand to support inventory needs
- Monitor weekly and monthly production plans, prioritizing work orders
- Review supplies to ensure quality, monitor stock levels and maintain accessibility to information
- Design and create new tools to help improve the planning functions of supply chain
- Engage in continuous improvement as it relates to processes and material availability
- Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure that supply chain needs are being met






- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improving efficiency in order to reduce costs and increase profits
- Responsible for planning and managing the flow of goods from supplier to customer.
- Ensure adherence to all Logistics/Supply Chain financial impacting processes and internal controls, providing training and developing best practices as applicable
- Assess commercial manufacturing and operational efficiencies
- Performs internal and external research and analyzes issues related to specific financial metrics to ensure competitiveness
- Conducts special financial studies and coordinates cross functionally throughout the organization to drive value for the group and the company.
