**Overview**:

- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Coordinate and obtain flight operation quotes with internal clients.






- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Create awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influence and generate future sales.
- Develop sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues.
- Strictly following company guidelines and policies.
- Achieving Month targets set by the company.
- Establishes and oversees all aspects of applicable dispatch / Assisting the operations.
- Oversees all aspects of applicable dispatch - assisting the operations and performing flight dispatch for managed aircraft.
- Assisting operations with other dispatch requirements
- Experience in charter sales is plus

**Financial Accountabilities**:

- General purchases control and expenditure
- Financial Reporting
- Payment Collection
- Credit Risk Evaluation

**External Stakeholders**:

- Authorities
- Vendors & Suppliers






- New Clients and Suppliers

**Academic/Technical/Professional Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
- 2 years of Sales Experience
- 1 years of Customer Relation Experience
- 3-year experience in aviation/ similar Industry

**Technical / Functional Competencies**:

- Reporting
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- UAE Driving License (if inside the United Arab Emirates)

**Experience**:

- sales in private jet: 3 years (required)
