Job Title: Head of Sales
Location: Sharjah

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and market trends to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build report and influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Exhibitions and Events & specific knowledge or market.
