We are looking for an energetic tech-savvy individual for the position of Social Media and marketing Executive. He/She will be working in our marketing department reporting to the Marketing Manager.
**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING AGENCY or TV CHANNEL.**
The Job description for this role is to:
Manage and follow the Social Media Calendar
Create social media content for Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, Snap Chat
Coordinate with the design team for social/digital creatives
Keep all social media channels active and up to date with the latest trends
Respond to social media messages and comments in a timely manner
Organize marketing material for marketing activities
Assist marketing team in setting up and optimizing digital campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize activities based on internal and external feedback
Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
Prepare marketing and engagement performance reports against KPIs
Drive the digital marketing strategy for new acquisition and marketing lead generation
Experiment with performance-oriented campaigns that stand out against other advertisers who market within the same industry
Manage Facebook, Google Search, Google Display & YouTube ads
Write and tweak copy that is on-brand and leverage our content library to generate new ads for testing
Find new, unconventional ways to optimize CPA / CPL and get out as much yield from every channel as possible
Learn how to spin up tests quickly, when to double down, and how to scale up
Own performance marketing budget and closely monitor performance, pacing, and attribution
Be a specialist in digital advertising principles in order to provide guidance for internal stakeholders
Explore and advise on investments for new channel tests (i.e. Snapchat, TikTok, Podcasts, etc.)
Support with tagging and tracking setup, campaign optimizations, campaign builds, performance reporting
Work collaboratively cross-functionally to establish growth strategies and support all ongoing efforts

Command over publishing tools for Facebook, Twitter, Google,
YouTube, LinkedIn, Snap Chat
Understanding of analytical tools like Google Analytics
Professional knowledge of compiling and managing data in MS Excel and Google Sheets
A proactive approach to expanding knowledge and capabilities
Designing skills or working knowledge of any designing tool such as Photoshop (not mandatory but preferred
