**Sales and Admin Executive (F&B; Experience Preferred)**
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**Sales Support**:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain and manage customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in order processing and fulfillment.
**Data Analysis**:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making and improve sales strategies.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in sales and administration, preferably in the F&B; sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,
