**Job Description**:
As a Secondary Sales Agent at KUN Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success by assisting clients in buying and selling residential properties. You will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of secondary market listings, effectively marketing properties,
and facilitating successful property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a portfolio of secondary market residential property listings.
- Conduct property evaluations and market analyses to determine accurate pricing.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote secondary market properties.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers and sellers.
- Arrange property viewings, showings, and open houses.
- Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers.
- Ensure all required documentation and contracts are accurately completed.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on real estate transactions.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and local market conditions.
- Collaborate with the primary sales team and management to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent, with a focus on secondary market properties.
