- Prepare and manage correspondence and documents
- Issue invoices and handle administrative matters related to contracts
- Answers phone calls
- Handle various daily administrative tasks
- Manage office supplies and office appearance
**Skills**:
- Microsoft Office
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Fluent in Russian and English - written and spoken
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of business correspondence.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience in back office management
- Able to multi-task
- Attention to details
- Work experience: 4-5 years minimum
**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
