Our client, a leading business conglomerate, is currently seeking to fill the position of Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales within their Travel Division.
Budget : AED 12,000- 16,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive corporate sales growth.
- Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor travel solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Work closely with other departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of travel services.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales within the travel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
