We are looking for a DOH Registered Nurse with massive experience is policy making and handling DOH and Tasneef Audit and Total Quality Management.
- Tracking compliance with infection control regulations and reporting any violations
- Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive high quality care
- Assisting with the development of care plans by interviewing patients to determine their needs and preferences
- Developing policies and procedures for the clinical department or facility
- Providing education to patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions
- Providing clinical support to nursing staff members by answering questions about patient care needs or offering advice on difficult cases
- Coordinating activities related to the hiring, firing, and training of nursing staff members
- Establishing relationships with community agencies that can provide social services to patients and their families
- Monitoring patient outcomes to improve or maintain patient health.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
