Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility Management: Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, and security.
2. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repair services.
3. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain appropriate records and documentation.
4. Space Planning: Assist in the planning and utilization of office space to optimize efficiency and functionality.
5. Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of facility assets and equipment, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
6. Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the facility budget,
including cost analysis and expenditure tracking.
7. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures, including evacuation protocols and crisis management.
8. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for facility-related issues and inquiries, both internally and externally.
9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on facility performance, including maintenance activities, expenditures, and compliance metrics.
10. Driving Responsibilities: Drive company vehicles to transport personnel, equipment, or materials as required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
3. Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6.
Sound knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and facility management software.
8. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
9. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
10. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing facility-related issues.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
