We at **LEO International HR Consultancy** are seeking a **Finishing Foreman** for our Construction client in UAE

**Job Summary**:
The Finishing Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the finishing phase of construction projects. They ensure that all finishing works, including interior and exterior finishes, are completed to specifications, quality standards, and within the project timeline. The Finishing Foreman reports to the General Foreman or Site Manager and works closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other members of the construction team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**:





Supervise and coordinate the activities of finishing subcontractors and labor resources on-site, including painters, plasterers, tilers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that finishing works meet the required quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections to identify defects or deficiencies and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- **Scheduling**: Develop and maintain a detailed schedule for finishing works, coordinating with other trades and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- **Material Management**: Coordinate the delivery and installation of finishing materials, such as paint, tiles, flooring, trim, and fixtures, to ensure timely completion of works.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with other members of the construction team, including architects, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors, to coordinate finishing works with other project activities.
- **Client Liaison**:





Communicate with clients or project stakeholders to understand their requirements and preferences regarding finishing details and ensure that their expectations are met.
- **Safety**: Enforce safety regulations and procedures during finishing works to create a safe working environment for all workers and subcontractors.
- **Problem-solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the finishing phase, such as design changes, material shortages, or coordination conflicts.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of finishing activities, including daily progress reports, inspections, and material deliveries.
- **Training and Development**: Provide guidance and support to finishing workers, including training on proper techniques and procedures, to ensure high-quality workmanship.

**Qualifications**:







- Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in the construction industry, with a focus on finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Relevant certifications or training in finishing trades may be preferred.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Additional education or training in construction management, building trades, or a related field is advantageous.

**Salary**: 2100 UAE,

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
