InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five star presence.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
1. Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture.
2. Replenishing room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and beverages.
3. Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or missing items in guest rooms to the supervisor.
4. Cleaning and maintaining public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and elevators.
5. Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing friendly and professional service.
6. Adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
7. Assisting with special cleaning projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Ideally,
you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
1. At least 1 year experience working in a 5 star hotel industry in a Housekeeping environment.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
3. Good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
5. Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
