We are looking for an Internal Comms Manager/Director who is able to reinforce and bring together our company mission and values within the organization. This is a full-time remote role reporting to the global communications team and working cross-functionally with HR and other departments.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate and interested in cryptocurrency, innovation, and financial technology, with relevant internal communications experience and strong storytelling/employer branding ability. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape Binance's internal communications efforts.
Responsibilities
1. Strategize and liaise with internal stakeholders on increasing employee engagement and satisfaction and aligning/reinforcing the company's mission, vision, and culture.
2. Foster a sense of pride and belonging for employees across departments and countries, and a strong company culture across channels and multi-media content.
3. Develop internal communications plans and initiatives supporting business priorities.
4. Ensure effective communications on the latest company updates, policies, and initiatives.
5. Lead on the organization of company townhalls, including messaging, logistics, and analyzing/actioning feedback.
6. Develop new and improve existing employee engagement efforts,
proactively identifying new opportunities and avenues to support initiatives across the organization.
7. Develop actionable internal surveys to improve HR and company initiatives, employee engagement, and employer branding.
8. Support internal stakeholders, HR, and admin on regular and dynamic communications and company initiatives.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in an internal communications or employer branding role.
2. Strong understanding of Binance's culture, mission, and values, as well as knowledge or interest in the blockchain/Web3 space.
3. Able to work independently and collaboratively.
4. Self-motivated and proactive, able to take ownership and initiative.
5. Strong writing and storytelling skills, and effective and clear communicator.
6.
Experience working with and supporting executives directly and effectively.
7. Works well under a fast-paced environment.
8. Flexible and dynamic, self-starter.
9. Understanding or experience with multi-media content.
10. Strong emotional intelligence.
11. Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or relevant field.
12. Native or fluent English speaker.
