Position Overview:

Brand Activation and Partnerships Manager







We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with a keen interest in fitness or a personal training background to recruit and onboard personal trainers into our ambassador program. This role is ideal for someone with an understanding of the fitness industry, a keen interest in sports nutrition, and a desire to build lasting partnerships with fitness professionals.

We are seeking a Brand Activation and Partnerships Manager to play a key role in managing our ambassador program and overseeing the execution of activation events. This position will be responsible for planning and attending events, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring our brand is well-represented through ambassadors, particularly Personal Trainers (PTs). The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, have excellent organisational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Building the Network of Personal Trainers (PTs)

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting PTs to join the 10X Athletics ambassador program,





helping them integrate our products into their client offerings and ensuring they have the tools to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, engage, and recruit Personal Trainers (PTs) to join our ambassador program, growing the network of brand advocates.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with PTs, providing them with the resources, support, and training necessary to represent 10X Athletic effectively.
3. Educate PTs on our product offerings and how they can incorporate them into their clients' nutritional plans.
4. Oversee the onboarding process for PTs, ensuring they understand their commission structure, sales tracking system, and product benefits.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital assets for PTs to use when promoting our products.
6.





Monitor and report on PTs' performance within the ambassador program, ensuring they meet minimum sales thresholds to maintain their benefits.
7. Provide ongoing product training, promotional support, and resources to PTs to help them grow their sales.

Planning and Executing Activations

The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning and managing a calendar of activation events, including tasting days, gym partnerships, and sports events to promote 10X Athletics products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a calendar of activation events, including tasting days, gym and sports club partnerships, community events, and mall activations.
2. Attend and coordinate all activation events, ensuring smooth on-site execution,





managing logistics, and overseeing event activities.
3. Build relationships with stakeholders at gyms and sports clubs to secure event opportunities and long-term partnerships.
4. Coordinate a film/camera team for event coverage and manage content creation for social media and the company's website.
5. Host and interview key participants and influencers at events, creating engaging content for digital platforms.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that event promotions align with broader business objectives and campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Experience in the fitness industry, preferably with a background in personal training or sports nutrition.
2. Strong relationship-building and communication skills to manage a network of PTs.
3. Ability to manage recruitment targets and performance tracking for the ambassador program.
4. Passion for health, fitness, and performance, with a deep understanding of how nutrition supports athletic goals.
5. Experience in sales, marketing, or ambassador programs is a plus.
6. A strong background in fitness, personal training, or sports nutrition.
7. Experience working with or as a Personal Trainer,





with an understanding of their challenges and opportunities.
8. Proven experience in event planning, coordination, and execution, preferably in the fitness or sports industry.
9. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple events and activations simultaneously, with strong organisational skills.
11. Passion for fitness and performance training, with a deep understanding of how nutrition supports these goals.
12. Experience in coordinating media teams and managing social media content creation is a plus.
13.





Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet recruitment and event targets.
14. Sales, marketing, or ambassador program experience is an advantage.
