Accounts Assistant (ST STYLE GLASS AND ALUMININUM)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Making daily rosters in coordination with the site supervisor.
2. Making daily attendance in the ERP.
3. Making monthly overtime and attendance reports.
4. Creating delivery notes related to material issuance for projects.
5. Ensuring no material is issued without delivery notes, signed by the driver and receiver.
6. Maintaining all types of voucher files.
7. Maintaining all types of attachments in ERP.
8. Creating job orders.
9. Conducting monthly stock counting.
10. Maintaining HR records and ensuring all documents related to employees are filed correctly.
11. Updating the list of document expirations related to trade licenses, employee visas, vehicles malkiya, etc.
12.





Performing any other tasks assigned by the managing partner to fulfill the above-stated jobs.

Requirements:

- Must have at least 2 years of experience in UAE in the same position.
- Must have knowledge of manufacturing and costing.
- Minimum Qualification: BBA or B.Com.

Salary: 2,500/-

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
