Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
2. Define the most important social media KPIs
3. Manage and oversee social media content
4. Measure the success of every social media campaign
5. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
6. Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
7. Attend educational conferences
8. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
9. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams
10. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
11. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network







Requirements and Qualifications:

1. BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field
2. 5 years of experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role - preferred in UAE
3. Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
4. Excellent knowledge of best practices for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, and other social media
5. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
6. Good knowledge of social media KPIs
7. Excellent multi-tasking skills
8. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
9. Team player
10. Great interpersonal and communication skills
11. Arabic speaker is an advantage
