About Us:
We are an HR agency recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable healthcare provider in Dubai, seeking qualified Home Care Assistant Nurses with a DHA License to provide high-quality in-home patient care.
Shift Details:
- Day Shift: 12-hour shift with 1 day off per week
- Night Shift: 12-hour shift with 2 days off per week
Job Summary:
As a Home Care Assistant Nurse , you will be responsible for providing personalized care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive both medical and emotional support.
You will work closely with healthcare professionals and the patient’s family to ensure a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications
- Provide mobility assistance (e.g., moving in and out of beds, wheelchairs)
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Record and report changes in patient health
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients
Requirements:
- Valid DHA License (mandatory)
- Must be on own visa
- Experience in nursing, preferably in a home care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts
- Compassionate, patient, and professional
