We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Sales Operations Officer to join our Taqeef team based in Ras Al Khaimah.
The ideal candidate must have 1 to 3 years of sales support and customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and multitasking ability.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide efficient support services to the sales team by offering effective product solutions to customers. This involves understanding customer requirements, identifying suitable products, and providing relevant information and recommendations to assist in the sales process.
- Collate and prepare the necessary information required for proposal development on time.
- Ensure accurate information in NAV/Odoo systems,
including project details, item codes, and prices.
- Ensure compliance with Taqeef's technical standards throughout the sales process. This involves familiarizing with the technical requirements and specifications of the products and ensuring adherence to standards in all customer interactions.
- Prepare equipment selections, costing sheets, and quotations based on the project specifications or client requirements for RAC products.
- Prepare professional compliance letters for RAC products.
- Issue warranty, proforma invoices, and power factor letters to customers.
- Liaise with multiple functions (Engineering, Projects, Finance, Service Centre, Warehouses) to ensure timely completion of customer inquiries.
- Prepare HVAC submittal/technical documents and compliance statements for customer approval.
- Complete sales orders, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained. Coordinate order delivery with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer requirements.
- Prepare installation job requests and follow up with the Service Centre on project completion.
- Prepare the required forms and technical documents for the system's new items (models).
- Coordinate CAC product orders with after-sales, product, and logistics teams.
Key Qualifications:
- BSc in relevant fields.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support services.
- Hands-on experience in ERP and CRM systems.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Excellent relationship management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interpret business or client needs.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Fluent English and Arabic is an advantage.
