Female Barista / Office Assistant is required for a leading property management company in Dubai.

Requirements:

1. Presentable and possess excellent hygiene practices.
2. Preferably age under 30.
3. 1-2 years relevant UAE experience.
4. Immediate joiners only. Visit visa or cancel visa.
5. Good English speaking; Arabic is a plus but not required.

Job Description:

As a Barista:

1. Prepares and serves hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and special beverages.
2. Prepares coffee, grinds and blends coffee beans, and brews coffee and tea techniques using a high-end coffee machine or manual.
3. Takes orders from employees and clients regarding drink preferences.
4. Experience in using high-end coffee machines.
5.





Knows about latte art designs and other drink concoctions.
6. In charge of pantry inventory and prepares requests for purchase.
7. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils, and equipment every day.
8. Maintains good hygiene practices at all times.

As an Office Assistant:

1. In charge of office supply inventories and prepares requests for purchase.
2. Handles clerical tasks in the office, answering the telephone and relaying messages.
3. Ensures that the copier machine has paper stacks always.
4. Helps in collecting and distributing any courier parcels to employees.
5. Switches on and off the air conditioner and lights in the office as necessary.
6. Dusts lounge seating areas and office tables as necessary.
7. Mops the floor as necessary.
8. Collects employee dustbins and throws garbage as necessary.
9. Reports any office-related issues.
10. Possesses a happy, friendly personality.
11. Has customer service skills and knowledge.
12. Exhibits a high level of attention to detail.
13.





Demonstrates a good level of literacy and numeracy.
14. Shows enthusiasm to develop skills and knowledge.
15. Is adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.
16. Can work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
