General Job Description

- Welcome and greet patients.
- Answer patient calls, emails, and questions.
- Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions.
- Discuss the cost of service, offers, and payment options with the patient.
- Bill patients after their treatments, and rebook them for their next appointment
- Make follow-up calls, and reach out for old patients.
- Ensure compliance with the clinic's standards & regulatory requirements.
- Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible.
