You will play a vital role in delivering an unparalleled dining experience to our diverse and international clientele. We are looking for candidates who possess outstanding language skills, a strong background in bartending, and preferably, experience in leading restaurants with Michelin-star or world's best rankings.About the roleAssist the Restaurant Manager, making sure the highest standards and quality are achieved throughout the F&B; operation, whilst engaging and motivating colleagues through training,





coaching and strong communication. Help oversee the profitability for the department and be involved in auditing, stock control and recruitment.About youMinimum of 3 years' in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant. Proficiency in two languages is required, with additional languages being a strong asset. Previous experience working in Michelin-starred or world-renowned restaurants is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, communication and leaderships skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Impeccable attention to detail and presentation.
