We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social media marketing strategies that help promote our company and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging and visually appealing marketing content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns that help drive traffic and increase engagement
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve our social media presence
Use Google Adsense and Facebook Ads to create and manage social media advertising campaigns
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure social media campaigns align with company goals and objectives
Scale the company's business through effective social media marketing strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Familiarity with Google Adsense and Facebook Ads
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with others
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
