A leading technology company is actively hiring an IT Help Desk Support for their Abu Dhabi office.Please note that due to Emiratisation, only UAE Nationals can be considered for this role.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. - Coordinate day-to-day IT support/helpdesk issues quickly and efficiently.
- Analyse client requirements and escalate issues to appropriate resources as required.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Provide support for technical issues via phone, email, or in person.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Develop relationships with clients and key business stakeholders
- Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Please note that due to Emiratisation, only UAE Nationals can be considered for this role.
- Proven work experience in a similar role within the Technology Industry.
- Previous experience providing customer support.
- Experience with help desk software, ticketing systems, and remote support tools. IBM Resilient is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, and all operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
