- Degree: Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in the UAE, specializing in industrial/warehouse projects
- Preference: Indian male candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the profit and loss of assigned projects, including budgeting, cost management, and variations.
- Build strategic relationships with clients/consultants to drive repeat business and maintain a high customer satisfaction index.
- Lead, motivate, and retain the project team, ensuring high productivity and quality work.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and contractual specifications.
- Coordinate site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely material delivery and quality installation.
- Manage material/drawing submissions, approvals, and negotiations with stakeholders.
- Prepare and monitor execution strategies and costing sheets, ensuring alignment with project plans.
- Conduct daily site meetings, monitor subcontractors, and provide regular feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and manage all aspects of project documentation, close-out, and defect liability periods.
