:We are looking for a full-time Senior Marketing Executive to oversee the planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to support the sales team.This role involves creating coordinating with external marketing agencies, compelling marketing materials, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, analyzing market trends to optimize marketing efforts and also handle recruitment of agents.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimization across various digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including email marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Work closely with designers, writers, and other creatives to ensure consistent and compelling messaging.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Social Media Brand Management:
- Oversee and manage the company's social media presence across all platforms.
- Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
External Agency Management:
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring they deliver high-quality work that aligns with our brand and objectives.
- Coordinate with agencies on campaign development, execution, and performance evaluation.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners to ensure optimal service and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, strategy development, and market research.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience managing external agencies and working with cross-functional teams.
