Only for UAE Nationals We are seeking a driven and results-oriented UAE National with Family Book Sales Executive & PRO to join our team in Dubai's thriving real estate valuation sector. Combining your sales expertise with strong PRO skills, you will play a key role in client acquisition and ensuring smooth company operations. Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target potential clients across the Dubai real estate landscape, including:
1. Developers
2. Lenders
3. Investors
4. Property Owners
5. Corporate entities
5. Multinational companies
7. Family groups
8. Banks and lending institutions Identify and qualify new leads through proactive networking,





and referrals.
Conduct insightful presentations to clearly explain the benefits of our real estate valuation services.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. PRO Services:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of new residence visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for company employees and clients.
Assist with securing visa quotas and navigating the approval process.
Manage trade license renewals, ensuring timely compliance.
Facilitate the application process for visit visas for clients and business partners.
Liaison with government entities in Dubai on behalf of the company for visa, licensing, and other administrative matters.
Stay up-to-date on relevant visa and licensing regulations in Dubai. Requirements:
UAE National with valid Family Book.
Valid UAE Driver's License.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales role,





preferably within the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients and government officials.
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Experience with Dubai visa and trade licensing procedures (highly desirable).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
