As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

- Track and analyze hotel expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the hotel's budget, providing regular reports and updates to management.
- Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, monitor performance, and optimize procurement processes.






- Prepare regular financial reports detailing expenditures, variances, and financial performance to guide decision-making.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, conducting periodic audits to prevent losses and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for various projects and initiatives, providing insights for informed decision-making.
- Assist in financial forecasting and planning, identifying trends and potential financial risks.
- Work closely with other departments to gather financial information, address queries, and support financial planning efforts.

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:






- Preferably candidates with Pre-Opening & Cluster Hotel Operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus.
- Prior experience in finance, cost control, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey financial information to various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different departments.






- High level of integrity and ethical standards in handling financial information.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry financial practices and terminology is an advantage.
