Female Front Desk Receptionist Call and Leads Attendant Customer Care Support Billing and Payment Collection We are looking for a qualified experienced candidate to join our team , the applicant is required to be knowledgeable enough to interact with all patients inquires . Requirements:
- Experience: minimum 2-3 years in medical center front desk .
- Familiar with insurance procedures in Dubai and able to handle bookings, confirmations and insurance approvals.
- Representable.
- Flexible working hours.
- Fluent English, Microsoft office experience, Quick learner for clinic software.
Role responsibilities:
- Front Desk, Call center, Billing , Payment collection and Invoicing tasks.
- Participating in the marketing tasks related to sharing offers and services updates with clients.
- To ensure efficient and effective communication with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare teams.
- To meet and exceed customer expectations through the development and promotion of key principles that support customer satisfaction.
- To deal patiently and appropriately with complaints when necessary.
- To assess risk, report incidents and to participate in Risk Management processes.
- To follow system-based practices, through the understanding of the contexts and systems in which healthcare is provided.
- To demonstrate professionalism and that is reflected in a commitment to continuous professional development, ethical practices, an understanding and sensitivity to diversity, and a responsible attitude towards patients.
