Job Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for a Service One Agent to join the Telecommunications team at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient communication services for both internal and external guests, handling guest requests, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction through timely responses.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming internal and external calls promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm and professional tone at all times.
2. Accurately input and manage guest requests using the HotSOS system, monitoring response times and following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
3. Handle all wake-up call requests, ensuring they are correctly logged into the PMS and executed on time.

Manage the E-Butler Chat, ensuring guest inquiries are responded to within 60 seconds and resolved effectively.
5. Assist with any special requests or guest needs, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service.
6. Provide guests with accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, enhancing their overall experience.
7. Maintain a detailed understanding of hotel policies and procedures to handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
8. Ensure clear communication with other team members and departments to facilitate smooth operations.
9. Perform any additional duties as required by the Telecommunications Manager to support the team and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury hospitality in a similar role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
3.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all tasks are handled efficiently.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
5. Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly desirable.
