SECURITY GUARDS WITH SIRA OF ANY NATIONALITY URGENTLY NEEDED

**Job Description as follows**:

- **Monitoring & Patrol**: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
- **Access Control**: Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access, ensuring all visitors sign in and out.
- **Incident Response**: Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; report and document incidents accurately.
- **Surveillance**: Use surveillance equipment to monitor activities and identify potential security risks.
- **Customer Service**: Provide assistance and information to employees and visitors in a courteous manner.
- **Reporting**:





Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations for management review.
- **Emergency Procedures**: Follow emergency procedures and protocols, including evacuation and lockdown measures.
- **Policy Enforcement**: Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security and safety.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in security or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in security or law enforcement is an advantage.
- **Certifications**: Valid security guard license or certification as required by state/local law.
- **Skills**:

- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Basic computer skills for report writing and surveillance monitoring.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to [insert weight,

Work Environment:

- Varies between indoor and outdoor settings.
- May require working nights, weekends, and holidays.
