**Sales and Online Orders Admin**
**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant who has experience in InstaShop and online orders to manage our online shop operations efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth user experience for our customers and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
**Qualifications**:
**1. Education**:
- Education background in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or any related field
**2. Experience**:
- Previous experience in e-commerce administration, online retail, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and online shopping platforms.
**3. Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Instashop, Shopify, Amazon).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to drive decision-making.
**4. Personal Attributes**:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
**5. Technical Proficiency**:
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
**6. Availability**:
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons or sales events as needed.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Must be a UAE resident.
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is an advantage.
